Return Policy

At SULATA, customer service is our top priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchase from us, we will happily accept returns and or exchanges within 15 days of  the shipped date, Only new, unused garments with all SULATA  tags still attached  along with the original packing slip are eligible for return,  Items that are returned soiled, damaged or altered, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

Please email us at admin@sulata.com.au, so we can help you process a return authorization.  The product needs to be returned and received by our warehouse within 15 days of your shipped date. Items listed as “sale or discontinued” are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

When returning a product, make sure you use a carrier who can track and insure your package.  Unfortunately, SULATA cannot be responsible for goods that get lost on their way back to us.  Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation and a credit to your statement within 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
